Documentation services for the OEM provides initial document creation using the LADDERS software. Maintenance service for end users provides on-going program documentation and logic updates.

Program conversions using LADDERS CodeXchange software provides model-to-model conversions or vendor changes. Services are also available to convert from one third party platform to another.

Controls Engineering
 

Control engineering services include integrating a host-based PDS system with existing PLCs, design of pneumatics, hydraulics, control panels, plant monitoring systems and other customized control related projects.

Software engineering services include PDS systems design and implementation, custom software interface designs for LADDERS and CIMport applications as well as custom enhancements to existing MicroCODE software products.

Software support for the MicroCODE product line is offered at five (5) levels. Each level of support offers features designed to enhance the customers use of the product.

Software training courses are offered for each of the MicroCODE products. Courses are designed based on product level. Customized courses based on customer requirements are also available. Regularly scheduled classes are held at the MicroCODE offices. On-site classes can be arranged.
