Description

The LADDERS software product is a Design and Documentation tool used to support Programmable Controller Logic. This product can be used to develop, annotate, cross reference, translate and compare PLC programs. The compare feature is our focus here.

There are (3) methods available for a LADDERS user to generate Compare Reports of logic differences between two PLC programs:

1) Interactively using the traditional LADDERS interface of popup menus and dialog boxes.

This product adds the last (2) methods:

2) Non-interactively using a simple CLI interface to perform a single comparison.

3) Batched using a file interface to drive the comparison of multiple PLC programs without user intervention.
