Founded in 1987 by Timothy McGuire, and brought to a full-time business in 1990 with Terry Minnis and Chuck Smolinski, we were on a mission to rescue the LADDERS suite of PLC Support Software products. We now develop .NET Apps that run 24-7-365 on the Plant Floor, bringing complex controls system face-to-face with Operators.

The Boss Kettering Award was presented to our team in 2011 for creating the SEP Actions Windows CE App for the GM Assembly Plants. This app has been deployed in GM on over 3,000 Stations world-wide.
